Project: LIV Apartments
Description
This brand new 166 apartment complex is modernised with Acrylic Texture to the external Ritek structural walls, and apartment entry lobbies finished with a stylish Venetian Polished Plaster. Each apartment required skim coating direct to internal concrete soffits. An extensive range of White Dado finish was applied to landscape walls to give a smooth classy light finish to contrast with the surrounding soft landscaping.
